To give you a better picture of our project manager Jonna, she answers 14 more or less essential questions about herself.

Jonna manages clients' projects every day and makes sure that everyone is happy in the end. But that doesn’t only apply to the customers: As VIPERdev’s COO, she is also responsible for keeping internal processes flowing smoothly and our Purpose always focused.

She has an infectiously cheerful personality and enjoys being in nature or on her densely overgrown balcony.

What excites you in your work that also excites you in life?

Understanding and changing processes and contexts.

Who is your greatest role model?

I don’t really have a role model and rather take various aspects of different people as my role model. For example, the philosophies of Frithjof Bergmann and Frederic Laloux.

If you hadn’t become a project manager at VIPERdev, what would your profession have been? What job did you want to have when you were a child?

For a long time I wanted to be a management consultant for New Work and as a child a fashion designer.

You invite friends over for dinner: What’s on the menu?

First of all as many homegrown vegetables as possible. Summer rolls with a lot of different things on the table and everyone can put together what they like best and try out different combinations.

What are your top-3 movies?

  • My Blueberry Nights
  • Die hard
  • “Das Grüne Wunder unser Wald” by Jan Haft

What do you do when you want to unwind completely?

Gardening or hiking.

What is your superpower that only you have? And which one would you like to have?

The superpower I already have: People like me and quickly tell me what moves them inside. And I would like to be able to grow flowers and plants everywhere.

What means success for you?

To have made the world a little bit better.

You have 3 weeks of vacation and money is no factor: Where are you going and what are you doing there?

Hiking in Hawaii or through the forests of Canada.

We know about your green thumb. If you were a plant, what would it be?

A pea. They don’t like it too warm but with the sun in their face, don’t have big demands on the soil and they even improve it. And peas grow better in community with other peas.

Explain in 5 words what you do for a living

Organize and optimize collaboration.

Do you work through to-do lists every day, or do you just live in the day?

I write to-do lists every day and then do something else.

What is your biggest challenge?

Accepting that there are only 24 hours in a day.

Finally: What is your personal motto?

Everything has many different perspectives.
